The Maryknoll Alumnae Association of New York was started in 2001 when three MCS alumnae met to begin planning the 2004 World Wide Reunion in New York City. Our group has increased manyfold since then and includes anyone who has attended Maryknoll Convent School and/or Maryknoll Sisters School in Hong Kong.

The Maryknoll Sisters educated us to become strong women and independent thinkers. Because of their efforts, we strive to continue the Maryknoll spirit of kindness, generosity and responsibility, especially towards those who are less fortunate in our communities and beyond.

The Maryknoll Alumnae Association of New York promotes the spirit of compassion embodied by the Maryknoll Sisters.

We fundraise for the Sisters’ greatest needs, visit them at the Maryknoll Sisters Center in Ossining, NY and meet frequently to celebrate our friendship with each other and with alumni from other Hong Kong schools.
