Another alumnae get-together for dim sum in Chinatown. 12 of us from NY area happily reunited with Wanda and Lily (ex-NewYorkers) on their brief visit back from the west coast. Happy birthday to Lily, too!

2024 Sprung Brunch
The Alumnae gather together to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year.

On March 16, 2019, our group gathered for a fun filled whole day event (noon to 10pm) of food, mahjong, massage therapy and laughter. Maryknoll Alumnae from class of 1952 to class of 1998; from Maryknoll Convent School, Maryknoll Sisters School mingled, chitchat like back in school days. Some travelled from as far as Hartford Connecticut (90 miles-2.5hrs drive eastward) and Somerville New Jersey (1.5 hrs) and Greenport LI (90 miles), yet stayed the entire time, wishing the night did not end. We even had time to hold a brief business meeting for our Alumnae Association as well as planning for the World Wide Reunion in New York City - August 6-8 2021.

The community and loyal Maryknoll supporters gathered at Maryknoll Sisters Center in Ossining, New York on March 3, 2019 to enjoy the annual Music for the World benefit concert presented by the Maryknoll Sisters. It was another sold-out event featuring the Hudson Valley Symphonic Wind Ensemble which benefits the Maryknoll Sisters global outreach mission.
